Good customer experience -> great brand affinity.
How can you make your customer experience great?
👍🏻 CARE about your customer.
👂🏻 LISTEN to your customer.
🔥 OBSESS over solving their problems and providing value.
When your customer has an amazing experience two things will happen:
1. They'll return.
2. They'll refer new business
Provide value and value will come back to you.
Perhaps never in our history has this teaching of Christ been more applicable:
“Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
May we show more kindness and love. Especially to those who disagree with us.
Social media and technology have just about destroyed relationships in business.
The very thing they were meant to foster and create has all but disappeared.
We're surrounded by fake connections, vanity metrics, and DM sales pitches. REAL genuine connections are becoming rare.
How can we fix this? As marketers, it's our job to create real relationships, brand loyalty, and TRUST with our customers.
