Throughout my life, I’ve had a lot of interests and I’ve been able to learn things quickly. Because of this, I’ve been relatively good at almost everything and It was so easy for me to be a “one man show.” I’m branching out and learning to work better with others, and it’s amazing. Here are some things I’m learning:
💪🏻 Even if you’re good at something, someone else might be better.
🎯 Specialize in the things that 1) you’re an expert in, and 2) bring you joy. Outsource or partner with others for the rest.
👨🏻🎓 When you work with others, learn from them. They’ll have a different perspective and different skills.
📈 Leverage each other’s network and resources.
I’m always looking to get to know more people. Don’t hesitate to reach out. Maybe we can collaborate!

How can you make your customer experience great?

🔥 OBSESS over solving their problems and providing value.
When your customer has an amazing experience two things will happen:
1. They'll return.
2. They'll refer new business
Provide value and value will come back to you.
Some interesting insights into Gen Z and Millennial Podcast listeners.
Whistle (link in comments) conducted a research study among Gen Z and Millennials in Fall 2020 to decode their relationships to podcasts.
Podcast listening is an active, engaged, and leaned-in experience. And, because this generation is actively listening, they are attuned and ready to receive a brand message.
1) Listeners tend to be affluent, male sports fans
2) Podcasts are replacing TV as a way to enhance other activities
3) People prefer to learn with podcasts over books
4) Hosts need to be funny and relatable
5) Gen Z prefers shorter duration, unscripted, and off-the-cuff formats
Now is the time! Podcasts provide a uniquely personal way to build brand loyalty and trust with your target audience.

People want to do business with other people. NOT with some corporate entity. Even large corporations often have personalities attached to them. Think Elon Musk and Tesla or John Legere and T-Mobile.
We want to do business with people we KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST.
Content is the way people get to know, like, and trust your business.
Create value, and people will provide value back to you.
